64-bit vista with service pack 1

Hi I just bought a new laptop with 64-bit vista with service pack 1 and i just downloaded pt3 with postgres, and it says I need service pack 1 or it will have errors. Does it say this to everyone with vista even if you have sp1 installed or is it not recognizing that I have service pack 1 already installed?

the version you have downloaded is a 32 bit version i think...

I think there is a 64-bit version of the Postgresql driver, but you have to compile it yourself, which personally I haven't done and I'm not sure how stable it is.
