Killing Postgre process

lol, we are back again, in the first post of this topic i wrote that i cant start services, when i click start service nothing happens

Do you still have all the hand history files?
If so, you can re-install and then re-import all your hands into a new database.
You can also re-install without removing the postgres data folder and then re-connect it - see the Database / Postgres FAQ.
