Cant find info to move DBs to a different drive

The box isn't dark like when you can't tape text but i can't change it.

To find a solution i used a software to move free space from one partiton to another.

If i want to uninstall & reinstall postgre, there is a procedure ?

1- i export all my hands from PT3
2- i uninstall postgre.........

Follow the steps here, just ignore the bits about uninstalling and reinstalling PT3, and just do the PostgreSQL side of things.
