There is an error if I try to press the install-butten for postgreSQL and I do not knwo the password or can I choose one? I do not know the configurations of the postgreSQL server

The easiest way is to install 'PT3 with postgres' then PT3 will do all the work for you.
Otherwise, have a look at this guide: How to reinstall Postgres.

ok
If I now try to fill in the password dbpass there is another error which is:
" The specified data directory is not empty.

If you have an existing with the same major version number, you do not need to initialize a database
cluster.
If you have an existing with a different major version you need to backup your old database and create a
new one."

but I have not an database and I do not know what i shoud do

ok now it is installt but I have another problem in the configure postgreSQL server:
There are 4 boxes in 3 of them is something filled in and I do not know the what I shoud fill in the password box. If I try to fill in a password an I click on connect there is an error Which is:
"unable to connect to this database. Please check the configuration.

The default password is 'dbpass' (no quotes) but if you installed it manually you would have set up the password (page 16 of the guide).

Alternatively you can remove the need for postgres passwords: How To: Remove PostgreSQL Password
