hi, at present I have nearby 1500 column, 8000000 hands in four bases, computer Intel Core i7, 4gb, windows XP and very fast SSD disk (raide from 4 ssd disk's), a problem in the following, very slow loading hud at the game beginning, for example I open one table, and the statistics on this table will be loaded only by that moment when will pass about 2 circles blindes (after I will receive cards about 12 times), whether there is a way to increase speed of display of a hud? (may be windows7 be quick ?)

Is your cache status in PT3 listed at 100%?

Are you getting any duplicates when you start auto import?

No, that is far longer than would be normal.

Please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, reproduce and report this problem so that we can take a look into what is taking so long - our log files include detailed timing information which will help a lot here.

hi, final message from my ticket 106463
"Thank you for contacting PokerTracker Support. I have forwarded this ticket to our QA team who will take a look at it and see what might be going on here. Thanks for your help"
Means that the support service doesn't know what to answer, and in the near future it is possible not to wait a solution of a problem? if me open 10 table (use only ONE base = 300000hands !!!), need 20 minute for loading Hud-Statistics for all table (2 minute fo one table)... this very bad , taking into account that I have the modern computer and one of the fastest disks
