NOOB: INstalled PT3 but not prompted to install postgre

Hi

just installed PT-Install-v3.13.1
When I now run PT i am not prompted to install POSTGRE.

I have downloaded to Postgre EXE file but I am unsure if i should carry on and install it

This can happen in certain cases when PostgreSQL had been previously installed on the machine - feel free to install it yourself. PT3 (and PT4) are supported on PostgreSQL 8.3, 8.4 and 9.0.

I am being asked for password for the database superuser (postgre).
I have tried svcPASS83 and dbpass

I think Postgre was already installed from a brief stint as a HEM user....... Just dawned upon me!!

What should I do from here ??

Try "postgrespass" as the password - that is the default password that HM uses.

Thanks That worked.

Now trial pt3 is importing hands from pokerstars... but no hud is howing up.

I read throught the HUD guide.

needed to run as administrator. There is no HUD for zoom yet? Or is it a trial restriction?

The HUD should work on Zoom in the trial. Make sure you're running our latest beta - 3.13.1 - for Zoom support. You can download 3.13.1 here.

I have the same problem. I was prompted to provide a password for the database superuser and service account. I tried everything you suggested so far in this thread. It says the password is incorrect and that i should provide the postgres windows user account.

Any ideas?

Try postgrespass or SVCPASS83 and see if those work.

Not working. I have used HEM before but completely uninstalled postgre before trying to install PT. Postgre 8.4
