Have you tried defragging as I suggested?

Not yet defragged (will do it later, have to do some preparation before).
But for the Pt3 evaluation
I am just testing Pt3 with very few hands and only one site and already have performance problems.

Are you using Build 4 or Beta 27.2?

After doing the defragging try running a full housekeeping and that really should improve things significantly for you. If it doesn't, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and attempt to import while playing for one full orbit then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and link to this thread we'll look into what could be causing the lag for you.
