unable to create post gre sql - poker tracker 3

i have disabled UAC and am running vista as administrator, how do i know if i am running poker tracker 3 as same?

i am now running uac disabled, vista as administrator how do i know if i am running in poker tracker as adminstrator?

If UAC is disabled, and that was the cause of this problem, it should not recur with UAC off.
