Did kraada's "net user postgres /delete" command work successfully or give an error?
Did you get any errors in the installation after that?

yes it worked...but after that i still could not connect to postgres...i need a teamviewer session

Did the installer complete OK?
Press the Start key on your keyboard and type 'services' - a list will appear; click on Settings just below and then click on View Local Services on the left.
Do you see PostgreSQL in the list?
Is it started? Can you start it?

The most common cause of that is security software - please read the
Firewall Guide and add exceptions as necessary. If it won't start after that please open a
Support Ticket with a link to this thread.
