postgre will not connect?

Did kraada's "net user postgres /delete" command work successfully or give an error?
Did you get any errors in the installation after that?

yes it worked...but after that i still could not connect to postgres...i need a teamviewer session

Did the installer complete OK?

Press the Start key on your keyboard and type 'services' - a list will appear; click on Settings just below and then click on View Local Services on the left.
Do you see PostgreSQL in the list?
Is it started? Can you start it?

i tried to start and it failed

The most common cause of that is security software - please read the Firewall Guide and add exceptions as necessary. If it won't start after that please open a Support Ticket with a link to this thread.
