That doesn't make sense - that's exactly the time PT3
would install postgres for you.
Did it try to install postgres when you ran PT3?
Did that fail?
That's the story:
I've download PT3 distributive, ran it, and it install only pt3, not postres. Then I've install postres manually from msi that supplied with pt3. I've got error. Completely uninstall postgres as it described in guide, delete folder with data and delete user 'postgres'.
Today I've installed postres again following the guide from doc section, with default passwords. And again got error.

Are you running PT3 as administrator (you need to do this even if you have UAC turned off).
I know about it. But when I launch pt3 from unpriviledged account with 'runas' or from admin account I've got the same error.
Anyway, I think I should give pt3 the last chance by uninstalling postgres and pt3 and installing it again.
I don't want any "remote sessions", sorry.
