So I decided to reinstall Pokertracker and PostgreSQL b/c I had been having a ton of problems with poker tracker in terms of crashes. So I follow the instructions for deleting postgresql in the FAQ and reinstall poker tracker. I realize that it did not install postgresql so I follow the steps here http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT ... nstallSQL2

At the end of the install at the step Creating user account a window pops up saying

Internal account lookup failure. No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

The the window says "Rolling back" followed by a pop up that says

Instalation ended prematurely because of an error.

I run Windows XP btw.

On XP you can just use the PT3 WITH postgres version to automatically install postgres.
Make sure you follow the instructions to FULLY uninstall postgres first (first part of Total uninstall/reinstall of pt3) then install PT3 with postgres.
