Mansion poker has recently updated their site and have changed the handhistory format. The site still saves my hand history onto my Cdrive so i am still able to import hands into pokertracker (i havn't tried using the hud yet though).
After i played 17 hands and imported them into pokertracker 3, i got this error "Invalid PostgreSQL connection object" on all of my PT3 tabs and it doesn't show any statistics whatsoever.

Please help. Thanks

This means that postgres isn't running.
Please try starting the postgres service: Start -> Programs -> PostgreSQL -> Start Service.
If that, and a reboot doesn't work, try stopping the service (Start -> Programs -> Postgres -> Stop Service), running a search on your computer for postmaster.pid and then deleting that file, then restarting the service and see if that helps.
Note that you may need to turn on 'View hidden files and folders', and the file seems to be in the folder './Program Files/postgresql//data'.
