Delete it all?

I am unable to connect to the database. I think it might have something to do with the fact, that I changed the port. I have deleted the program from my computer with the windows add/remove program, but E:\Program Files/PostgreSQL still exist with all its files. When I try to delete it manually I get this message:

"Cannot delete PostgreSQL: Acces denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that file is not currently in use"

Any one who can help? I would just like to delete it all and start from the beginning and install PT3 and PostgreSQL again. If it is neccesary.

I have read some in another topic ("Attn: Vista Users Installing PostgreSQL 8.3") but I am not sure it is that problem. I use Windows Royale, which is a improved edition of XP.

Total uninstall/reinstall of pt3

Bear in mind if you do this you will lose your database so please be sure you want to do it before continuing.

If you just installed and haven't imported any hands then you don't have to worry about deleting anything, as there's nothing in your database to lose.
