My PT3 always having about 38 files to monitor ? and more...

Postby poke85 » Thu Oct 16, 2008 5:02 pm

I am having this issue for the last few days.
When ever I do a auto import...my PT3 says "Found 38 files to monitor"
even if I'm just playing on 1 table

Moreover, after the completion of a hand in that one table it says :
Full Tilt: Warning: Encountered cancelled hand history. (Hand #hand number)

No idea what i did...I don't think I messed with the PostGRE SQL.... coz I din't wanna screw it up.
Just performed house keeping once.

Can anybody tell me what to do so that my hands are imported as before and I still keep all my previous hand histories?

Just to know...what will happen if I uninstall and install PT3 completely again? Will I lose my previous hand histories?

Thanks,
poke!

Don't uninstall anything!

All you need to do is close FTP down, and run auto import until all the counts stop increasing, then stop it.
Open the FTP\HandHistory folder and move any hand history files which are still there (or in the <playername> subfolder) into your 'processed' folder.
Make sure the 'move processed files to' option is still checked on the auto import tab, and away you go..
