i got VISTA and i got some problems with my postgresql. Lately when i reboot the postgres wont start up automatically like before. Everything worked fine until the other day when i mixtured in msconfig and UAC. In msconfig postgresql is set to start up, but its says its "stopped" instead of "running".

This means i get errors starting pokertracker and pahud, "unable to connect to database, can not connect connect to server, connection refused".

What can i do?, it doesnt work to use the "start service"

8.3 doesn't work for all Vista users, and you will need to install 8.2 to get it to work correctly. See here (Total Uninstall/Reinstall of PT3 and Postgresql) as it will walk you through a total uninstall/reinstall of both pt3 and postgresql and also get 8.2 installed.
