Don't know my PostgreSQL password

Don't know my PostgreSQL password

I've had PT3 for a few months now and I don't recall ever making or being given a password for PostgresSQL. Now I'm attempting to try out a program called holdem manager, but it's asking for my Postgres password and I have no idea what it is. How am I supposed to figure out what my password is?

The default it 'dbpass' (no quotes).
If that doesn't work you can remove the need for postgres passwords: How To: Remove PostgreSQL Password
