outdated database...

Hello everybody...

Two days ago i updated my windows vista. Since then my PT3 don´t work. First i become an error "unable to loging into database".
I run then at postgresSQL "start service" and reboot. I could connect to my databese and see the player statistict. I thougt that i solved the problem....
Today i start PT3. Begin Auto Import and then i got this error:

Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: PokerTracker is configured to import into an outdated database. This must be corrected before an import can succeed.

How can i correct this.....

What did you do to Vista, was it just a system update?

You could try disconnecting and reconnecting the database using Database -> Database Management -> Remove. Do NOT Delete it, Remove will just disconnect from it then you can re-connect using New, check 'this database exists' then browse to find it.

I'm not sure whether this will help, but I'll try to get a better answer for you.

Normal system update what vista do alone...

Try disconnect and connect again.
Now tabletracker also don´t work. Before tabletracker work.

Hello APerfect10.

Yesterday i try PT3 again. When i start PT he give me automatically the option to housekeeping. I start housekeeping. Then postgreSQL - start service - reboot.... Then start PT3 again with an ipoker table and i see the import works but not the hud. I look at the hud options and see that the re-connected database was not enabled. I click on it and the hud works and then also the tabletracker works again.

Don´t know why it before not work. Hope it stay working....
