trouble installing postgreSQL with latest 3.0 3 build versio

hello,
i downloaded latest 3.0 3 build tracker. and when i try to install postgresql it says 'Please use the main MSI file to install postgreSQL'
please help. thank you

Download and install PT3 WITH POSTRES and it will set it all up for you.
