PT3 crashing

I have been using PT3 for over 6 months and it has ALWAYS crashed when loading sets of 12 sngs. Someone suggested I might have a bad copy of PostgreSQL even though I downloaded it with your program back in June. Do you have any suggestions of what to do? I am a total neophyte when it comes to stuff like this. I have over 500k hands and 45k players in the DB.

What version of PT3 are you using?
Have you created and submitted a log file about this?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I submitted multiple log files about it over the summer. I kept hoping that after each update the problem was solved. It wasn't, it also seems to crash in a multitude of ways judging by the error messages I sometimes get. I prefer PT3 but have recently been looking into HEM since I really need something stable. As I am typing this it crashed yet again.

Did you reply back to your tickets to report that you still have the problem in the latest version?
