When I try to install PT3 and it comes to installing PostgreSQL, you get the error "Service" PostgrSQL Server 8.3 "failed to start.Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system service?"
I logged in WindowsXP under the administrator and have the right encfyfdkbdfnm on this computer any program.
What should I do to correct errors?

This error occurs as a result of anti-virus, anti-spyware, or anti-spam software not allowing system services to be installed. Disable these programs and attempt to install again. These issues have been known to happen with IE 8 Beta 2, NOD 32, Norton Antivirus, F-Secure Antivirus, ZoneAlarm and Spampal. Once PostgreSQL has been successfully installed you may reactivate your third-party software.

I get the same message.
I use Avast antivirus and Comodo firewall. I close both applications but I still get the same message.
I guess something is running in the backgrund. Any ideas?

Try actually uninstalling Avast and then installing PostgreSQL and see if that works. (Whether or not it works, you can reinstall Avast after the attempt.)
