cant install PostgreSQL with PT3 included

When I try to install PT3 and it comes to installing PostgreSQL, i get the error "Please use the main MSI file to install PostgreeSQL

That's odd; you can download PostgreSQL directly though from here, you will need to extract the files first, then run the postgresql-8.3.msi file and that'll bring up the installer for you.

I just purchased PT3...I went to open it and it I needed postgresql....i clicked the link to install and it did, however then it said it vcould not open the file....what do I need to do to get it up and running?
