any problems with running one database on vista64 and xp32?

i'm thinking of switching to vista 64 now that most of the bugs with vista are supposedly gone. I'm using xp 32bit currently, and am planning on dual booting while i test out vista64. I got a frew questions first:

1. Can i use the same pt3 database for both xp32 and vista64 installations?
2. are there any bugs on the vista version of pt3? On xp, PT3 is very stable for me, but if there's a lot of known bugs on vista, im not gonna bother upgrading.
3. And what kind of performance increase should i expect? I got a intel quadcore Q6600, 4gb ram (may upgrade to 8), a decent comp. postgres got a benchmark command "pgbench". How can i use that to test out the performance difference between vista64 and xp32?

PT3 will work properly on Vista x64; I'm not aware of any Vista specific bugs, though there are a few things you need to do differently (most notably, set PT3 to run as Administrator . . . all you need to do for that is right click the desktop icon and check "run as administrator" though).

With that sort of machine you shouldn't have any problem using PT3; I'm using a very similar machine (Quad core Q6700, 8G ram) and it's very slick for me (though I'm running Linux, not Vista, and use Windows in a virtual machine, and that's 2k not Vista . . . I should upgrade to XP one of these days though).
