Unable to connect to any PostgreSQL, Zonealarm

Postby i_kinze » Mon Mar 30, 2009 6:08 pm

Hi,

I had the free version of zonealarm and everything worked fine.
Then I upgraded to the Extreme Security version and when I load PT3 appears "unable to connect to any PostgreSQL database"

Anyone else has found this same problem? What should I do?

Thanks in advance.

Try uninstalling it again and see if that works, just to confirm the issue.
When you re-install it, you should be able to configure it to allow postgres to start and to have access to port 5432 and then it should work OK, but we've had reports of some other security applications which won't allow it even if they aren't active.
