Can't open Postgres

Can't open Postgres

I dowloaded postggres but when I try to open it it says, "error.installing.runtimes"

Can you suggest what I do?

I have Window XP

Are you trying to install it manually?
Is there a reason for this? The PT3 "Full" version will install it for you.
