I've installed PT3 right now, and a problem has occured during auto-import process.
It has started importing in order, but after a while it finished with the following error message:
Fatal Exception during Auto-Import process: bad allocation.

(it happaned my own desktop. For a couple of weeks ago I installed onto my notebook, and everithing was fine. Altoogh, my notebook didnt contain thousands of hand histories to import.)

Please help!

Thank you for advance!

If you run auto import again do you see the same problem?

What version of PT3 are you using? (see the title bar)
If it's not Beta 26 please try updating.
Download page
PT3 Build History / Release Notes

Please read the release notes - in particular note that Beta 25 introduces HUD profiles and this will reset the positions of your groups on the table - the configuration of the groups will be unaffected but you will need to reposition the stats just this once and then PT-icon -> Save Layout. Tutorial: Managing HUD Profiles

If you still have the problem Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

Thank you for your fast action!

I've upgraded, but I still have the problem. (Now, its beta26) It seems some kind of memory problem, but i really dont know.
I can play a couple of hands but the problem is occuring during the first import that cannot be finished.

I've sent the compressed log files in a ticket.

Thank you for you help,

Ok, the problem has been solved. That was very simple. I shouldnt have tried to use auto-import, for the first importing. There were more than 1000 files, 100000 hands. So manual import was the solution.
Thank you for your help!
