"User "postgres" could not be created: The user account already exists.!"

I get this error message during the install of both 8.3 and 8.2, then it rolls back the installation. I'm running Vista, I have UAC disabled and am running as the administer.

What now?

Go Start->Run, 'cmd' -> OK.

Type:
[codezmr]net user postgres /delete[/codezmr]
Then install...
