Fatal Exception during Auto-Import process: Unable to connec

Hi, since today i could not import my poker tracker hands.

I have a red message in the import status pannel:

Fatal Exception during Auto-Import process: Unable to connect to database: PokerTracker 3 Database

Try restarting PT3 and see if that helps; PT3 should automatically connect to your PostgreSQL database. Did you do anything to change your database? Did you upgrade your firewall recently?

Hi,

I did not do anything with my database, and I have never updated my firewall or something like that.

That's happen since my computer reboot automatically when i was playing on poker stars.

Now i have a new message when i open PT3:

"PokerTracker was unable to connect to any PostgreSQL

Please make sure you have PostgreSQL running."

Close PT3, click Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Stop Service, followed by Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Start Service and restart PT3 and see if you can connect then.

If you can't, click Start --> Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Event Viewer and go to Applications on the top left. In the top middle you should see an error relating to PostgreSQL; double click it and tell me what it says.

If you double click on the Errors that you show on the 3rd screenshot, could you tell me what it says in the details box that pops up?

"application défaillante" means" failed application".

8.3.4 is a bit out of date for PostgreSQL; try uninstalling it per this tutorial then reinstall 8.3.7 and see if that works better for you.
