Hi Support,

I just purchased PT3, and I'd prefer to continue using Vista service pack 2, and not download SP1. The dialog box in the set-up states I can use an older version of PostSQL, can you please provide me a link to download the lastest version that is VistaSP2 compatible. The link on the dialog box........http://wwwmaster.postgresql.org/downloa ... -1.zip.sig Gives me error messages, and won't download........Please advise.

Thanks
Kevin

The version of postgres that is installed by the 'full' PT3 installer (8.3.7 IIRC) should work fine.
Only a few people had conflicts with Vista SP2 and that was at the very initial release - I haven't head any reports of any problems since then.
How to reinstall Postgres

I also have windows vista service pack 2 and my hub is not working.
The hands are imported but no hub on the table once it appeared but then
it disappears. I try upgrading the postgres to version 8.3.7
but your tutorial for installing is outdated as it has more steps towards the end
would you be kind enough to upgrade it? and what can be my problem?
and yes i disable what i need to in vista and all that it was working just right
in windows vista service pack 1 but now on 2 the hub does not show

Did you ever have the HUD working, before you installed SP2?
You just might not be configured correctly - please check the PT3 HUD FAQ and if you still have problems submit a Bug Report.
