help me please windows xp

sql dont install

failed to read the configuration file: 'd:\program files\postgresql\8.3\data\postgresql.conf'.

Please follow the detailed uninstall then reinstall walkthrough available here; it will walk you through the installation process.

while I did not check the error you´ve gotten, freshly downloading the installer might be a solution incase a problem persists after reinstall. Unfortunately not all installers check their own MD5-checksum.
