please help cant install postgre

im so close to giving up:( ive tried everything on the forum


i get the following error : fail to run initdb!

The log is as follows

The files belonging to this database system will be owned by user "SYSTEM".
This user must also own the server process.

The database cluster will be initialized with locale English_United States.1252.

Please follow the steps in this guide carefully and make sure you fully uninstall postgres.
After that if you run the PT3 "Full" installer it should set postgres up for you.

If you continue to have problems you can schedule a remote assistance session where someone can logon to your computer with you and directly troubleshoot/resolve the issue.
