PokerTracker

So i have installed PostgreSQL on my comp and i installed the full version of Poker tracker. I am trying to use my free trial just to see if i like the program or not. Now when i go to run poker tracker i put in the PostgreSQL information and it keeps telling me "unable to connect to this database. Please check the configuration." I have checked the configuration over and over and the port, username, password and all that junk is the correct ones and it still will not work. I then try to install it from the pokertracker program and it tells me "Please use the main MSI file to install PostgreSQL" and Installation ended prematurely because of an error. I do have the full version that the website provided me. Please help me to solve these problems before my free trial period ends and i dont get to use the program.
