I'm so close giving up here...

when install postgreSQL. It says: failed to create a process to run initdb.

please help detailly.

Can you explain your situation in general?
Did you already have postgres installed or is this the first time?
Did you try the PT3 Full installer? That should have set postgres up for you.

Assuming you need to do it the way you are, Uncheck the "initialize database" checkbox when installing the PostgreSQL upgrade and that should fix it for you.

I had install postgreSQL long time ago, but uninstalled it already..
