Hi,
I just installed the PT3 beta and PostgreSQl and i got this error:

"Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3 beta DB1
Reason: Unable to loginto database (template1).
Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x000027 4D/10061)
Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"

I have no idea how to proceed here. Can anyone assist me?

Thanks.

Did PostgreSQL install successfully? Were there any error messages?

Try going Start->Programs->PostgreSQL->Stop Service
Then Start->Programs->PostgreSQL->Start Service

See if that resolves the issue.

Best regards,

Derek
