When i wanted to open my poker tracker3 i couldnt becasuse in window configure Postgre SQL database i select create and i get message: "Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3_2009_10_03... Reason:unable to login to database(template1). Reason: Could not connect to server: connection refused...
What i need to do?

Please try rebooting your computer - often this sort of thing is caused by a Windows update stopping the postgres service from working.

If you still have problems after that please report your problem so that we can investigate further.
