After i installed postgre, when i start PT3, I login to postgre with the correct password, but computer can't create Database...error message is:

"Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3 DB
Reason: unable to execute query: ; Reason: Empty Query ()"

Please try rebooting your computer, then installing the Beta 29.1 upgrade available on our download page (reinstall it if you are already running Beta 29.1), and that should fix this for you.
