ok i deleted it from my add/ remove programs..
i went to run/ c:/ net user postqrl /delete.
it did not delete..
why can't ig et it all deleted?

Are you using Vista?
You need to run the command prompt as administrator for the command to succeed.

The command you typed here isn't quite correct - the word is 'postgres', not postqrl.
If that is just a typo, please read this:
