I have uninstalled PT3 and reinstalled and registered as i couldn't install PostgreSQL

I still can't install PostgreSQL. A meesage is coming up to use MSI file ...when I click ok an error msg appears.

You need to extract the file from the ZIP archive and run the postgresql-8.3 file not postgresql-8.3-int. You can find instructions on unzippping the archive in this PDF.
