First I want to say, that I was browsing the forum about this, including the FAQ-Part. Couldn't find an answer.

Second, I am not here for myself, but for a friend whom I recommendet to use PT3 and who has some installationproblems, and whos english is really bad.

Now here it comes:

When he try to start PT3 the following Errormessage appears:

unable to create postgres Database
reason: unable to execute query

Should I have overlooked the proper threat in the forum, I am sorry. Also the errormessage isn't complete. He just gave me this information at the phone. Hope you can help me/him Anyway.

There should be more to that error message - if you can't see it, please enable logging in PT3 and attempt to create a database again then report the problem and the logs therein will contain the complete error message which will be useful in figuring out what is going wrong.
