PokerTracker

I have recently formatted my c: drive and have reinstalled Poker Tracker 3 on another harddrive. But I had trouble with the pokertracker 3 database. I tried to create my own instead but that has not worked out. The pokertracker leaves out holecards in the statistics. When I try to connect to the PT3 database it says it can't connect.

I think the easiest solution would be to make the original pokertracker 3 database work.

Did you re-install postgres too?
Is the postgres service running? (do you see postgres.exe processes in Task Manager > Processes?)

I reinstalled postgres, I think so. I'm not sure but I pressed the postgresql-8.3 exe-file that comes with pokertracker after it initially said that the pt3database wouldn't connect.
Yes postgres.exe is running in taskmanager

Please report your problem so that we can investigate further.
