I read the previous posts regarding this and I have completely emptied all HH folders but I still get the following message when trying to import.

Unable to begin import process. Reason: PokerTracker is configured to import into an outdated database. This must be corrected before an import can succeed.

Its doing my head in.

Is the database in question set to active? Databases should be updated on startup and failing that, they should update when they're set to active. If they refuse to update even then, the database in question is corrupt and you will need to export your hands from it, create a new database, and reimport them.

Yes it is set to active. I just downloaded PT3 trial and just created brand new database. Guess I will have to get holdem manager, seems alot more simple to use :(

I've never seen PT3 create a new database and have a problem with it that quickly; if you create a support ticket our technicians will help you get everything working again properly.
