can't connect

can't connect

Hi i got a problem when connecting to postgresql. Its Reason: Unable to login to database (PT3_2010_03_12_054009). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432? please help

Was PT3 and PostgreSQL working for you previously?

Try rebooting your computer and see if that fixes things for you.

Please create a support ticket and attach the last 5 files in the C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.3\data\pg_log folder so that we can look into your case more closely then.
