can't connect

Hi i got a problem when connecting to postgresql. Its Reason: Unable to login to database (PT3_2010_03_12_054009). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432? please help

Was PT3 and PostgreSQL working for you previously?

Yes you are right, it worked perfectly for me previously.. now it has this problem. PLease help.. thank you.

Try rebooting your computer and see if that fixes things for you.

Please create a
support ticket and attach the last 5 files in the C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.3\data\pg_log folder so that we can look into your case more closely then.
