Problem with PostqreSQL.Where do get?

Hello, I have a little problem with me PT3 trial.
When i add the password "dbpass" in the empty blank its says something unable to connect. check the configuration.
After i wanted to install the postqreSQL, i dont hava the MSI file or something.
Where i can get it?

You can download PostgreSQL from their website - you'll want version 8.3.10.
