error messages during importing, HUD not functioning

Pokertracker3 worked perfectly for awhile, then randomly one day it began to not work. During hand importing I get red messages, and the HUD doesn't function at all. I used this site's manual uninstall/reinstall guide to reinstall postgresql 8.3, but doing so did not fix anything.

These are the kinds of error messages I get:

2010/05/21 20:31:32: PokerStars: Unable to load hand history file: C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed\License_2_3_1_3_1.txt

2010/05/21 20:31:42: Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unsupported database type: PokerTracker 3 Database ()

I hope I posted this in the correct forum. Please help! Thanks for your time.

This file:
C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed\License_2_3_1_3_1.txt
..isn't a hand history file.
IF that is from an Auto Import then you have it configured to import from the correct folder.
Please click "Auto Detect" on the Auto Import > PokerStars Configuration tab and it should sort that out for you; or run File > Setup Wizard.

Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unsupported database type: PokerTracker 3 Database ()
..is potentially more of a problem. Try Database > Housekeeping with all 6 options ticked (if you have a large database this will take some time so you might want to run it overnight or something.
If that doesn't help please report your problem so that we can investigate further.
