Update Cache taking 73 hours and is still running
Posted: Sat Aug 21, 2010 1:29 pmIs that still normal? I imported about 1 Mio. Hands. Up to then the database contained around 4-5 Mio.

Posted: Sat Aug 21, 2010 2:43 pmUpdate Cache can take a long time, yes - exactly how long will depend on your computer. For large imports like this you will find Rebuild Cache much faster, and I wouldn't expect Rebuild Cache to take as long as that.
