I forgot to uncheck "launch stack builder at exit" at page 20 in this. Must i re-do everyting now?

No, that shouldn't matter, I don't think. You didn't do anything in StackBuilder, did you?

The stuff in Stack Builder is only necessary for two reasons:
(1) If you want to follow this tutorial
(2) If you use PT2.

In either case, you can install what you need in it after the fact, it does not need to be done at install time (it's just an option that's presented there).
