Followed your website's tutorial options completely, entered the fields properly and what the guide said, but an error popped up during downloading that said that the user name and password couldn't be mapped out or something. What should I do?

Well. Got my email back and did what the steps said. No offense to you guys or any other tracker programs but postgres is a serious pain in the ass to get working. Did all the steps and the email and still the same error message.
