problems downloading postgres

problems downloading postgres

I'm trying to reinstall postgres, but im having problems downloading it.
When i try to download postgresql-8.3.12.zip, it is always empty. do you know why?

Can you try another browser?
The download from www.PostgreSQL.org should be OK.
