Hi i have a new pc and have problems whit my database.

I have postgreSQL 9.0

and i get this message :

Unable to create PostgreSQL database
PT3_2010_11_27_135921
Reason: Unable to login to database (template &). Reason: could not connect to server: connection refused(0x0000274d/10061) Is the server running on host"???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

I have been loged in for one or two day's. the i got the error message.

Have WONDOWS 7 64BIT

Click Start type Event Viewer and hit enter. In the event viewer on the top left side go into Applications and look for errors relating to PostgreSQL in the top middle pane. If you see any, paste the errors here. If you don't see any: have you checked to make sure your firewall is not blocking PostgreSQL?

Had to reinstal pstgreSQL nowe it works fine.
