PostgreSQL password big problem

Hello.First of all sorry for my english but i hope you understand my and what problem i have mean and talking and could to help me. So i get pokertracker code everything was good but later i decide it delete and install again because hands was lagging and not updating so i delete poker tracker and postresSQL and now when i need write my password i get eror with message "Unable to connect to this detabase.Please check the configuration" then i found guide "How To: Remove PostgreSQL Password" i try it how and writing in this topic but when i am trying the file with name "pg_hba.conf" run in administrator then i got another error with message "the system cannot find the path specified" i don`t now what i need to do please help thanks a lot.

If you have deleted PostgreSQL then you will need to fully uninstall and re-install it. Please follow the guide: How to reinstall PostgreSQL.
If you have further problems please report your problem rather than uninstalling. Uninstalling is not usually needed and can cause complications.
